Peter Spitlbauer is the new CFO of the Berner Group
The Supervisory Board of Berner SE has appointed Peter Spitlbauer as CFO on the Berner Group Executive Board as of April 1, 2020. Mr. Spitlbauer will assume leadership of the Finance department with the Controlling, Finance and Audit divisions, which has been managed by CEO Christian Berner on an interim basis.
Peter Spitlbauer holds a degree in Business Administration. He has extensive expertise that he has built up over many years in the national and international wholesale business of well-known companies. This includes five years as CEO and CFO at Lekkerland Deutschland GmbH. He had previously held management positions at the Klingel Group, Quelle AG and Xerox.
Peter Spitlbauer joins the Berner Group from Media Saturn Deutschland GmbH, where he was most recently CFO.
