With two social projects within a few days, the BERNER Group has once again demonstrated the importance it attaches to social commitment.
Berner Group gains Ulrike Grimm as Vice President IT
Cologne, 15 October 2019. The B2B trading company Berner Group has recruited additional personnel for the setup and expansion of a customer-centric architecture. As Vice President IT, Ulrike Grimm will be responsible for the renewal of the existing system landscape. The project is an important component of the Berner Group’s business model with its brand names Berner, BTI and Caramba Chemicals Group.
“Ulrike Grimm’s tasks will include the design and implementation of the IT strategy as well as the optimization of existing processes and their redevelopment. I am delighted that we have been able to recruit Ulrike Grimm, an internationally experienced executive, for this important task,” said Christoph Möltgen, CIO of the Berner Group.
Ulrike Grimm arrives at the C-parts dealer Berner Group from SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG. As Head of Industry Division Consumer, Process and Services at SAP, she successfully managed and developed the Consulting Industry Cluster.
As of November 1, she will report directly to the Executive Board member Christoph Möltgen.
